The final cleaning is carried out by our Mama Home staff and, depending on the size of the apartment, is due with the first rental payment.

Personal liability insurance is mandatory.

On our website, in the respective apartments, you will find the registration form. Please fill it out, sign it and send it to anfrage@mama-home.ch.

After checking, we will draw up the fixed-term tenancy agreement within 1 week.

The apartment reservation  only becomes binding for Mama Home once the first rental payment has been credited to Mama Home’s account on time.

Each Mama Home apartment has a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and basic kitchen equipment.

Residential electricity (own consumption).

The additional costs include:

Heating costs

Water/hot water/waste water

Caretaker/stairwell cleaning/environmental work

General electricity from the house
